An Antique Victorian Sterling silver cutlery set which has been designed in the fiddle pattern style for six persons and consists of :

6 x table knives : 24.70 cms in length

6 x dessert knives : 22.20 cms in length

6 x table forks : 20.20 cms in length

6 x dessert forks : 17.70 cms in length

6 x table/soup spoons : 21.70 cms in length

6 x dessert spoons : 18.20 cms in length

6 x teaspoons : 14.10 cms in length

2 x sauce ladles : 18.20 cms in length

This fine silver set has been made by George Adams and ranges in date between 1852-1872. It has been well cared for over the years, would grace any dining table and would be practical to use. The replacement silver handled knives with stainless steel blades are an ideal match for this this fiddle pattern set and compliment the rest of the silver items very well. There are some useful cloth wraps to help keep this set clean and tidy and there are 44 pieces in total. It weighs 57.70 troy ounces (1795 grams) excluding the silver knives.
