Antique Edwardian Sterling combination vesta and Sovereign case (Sold)

An Antique Edwardian Sterling silver combination Sovereign and vesta case which is square shape in design with at compartment at the top to hold the matches and a compartment below to house the Sovereigns and half Sovereigns. The Sovereign case is opened by depressing the button and the spring mechanism to house the coins is still in good working order. This plain silver combination case has a ring at the side so that it can be worn and the striking mechanism to light the matches is at the base. This case would make an ideal addition to a collection.
