Antique Edwardian Sterling silver 10″ photograph frame(sold)

An Antique Edwardian Sterling silver photograph frame which is rectangular shape in design with a plain body, an arched shape feature at the top and a velvet back with an easel stand for support. This frame, which stands in an upright position, was originally sold in the Goldsmiths and Silversmiths shop in Regent Street and remains in excellent condition. The silver frame can be removed entirely from the velvet backing which is the sign of superior craftsmanship. It would look wonderful displayed on a table and would make a perfect gift. It stands at 25.3 cms (10″) high and has a width of 18.3 cms (7.2″). It would hold a photograph measuring 20.2 cms (8″) x 15 cms (5.9″).
