Description
An Antique Edwardian Sterling silver Argyll, designed for serving gravy, which has a plain straight sided body and a hinged silver lid with a simple finial on the top. There is a good sized pouring spout and a patterned wicker handle which is still in excellent condition. At the top and bottom of the body there is a simple row of bead decoration which adds a bit of detail to the mainly plain design. On the opposite side to the pouring spout there is a lidded compartment to add the hot water in order to keep the gravy hot. It has been made to the highest standard, would look interesting on the table and works perfectly well. It stands at 13.70 cms high.
Postage with insurance is complimentary for this silver Argyll.
