Antique Edwardian Sterling silver owl menu/place card holder(sold)

Hallmarked in Birmingham for 1906 by Sydney & Co.

Sterling Silver.

An Antique Edwardian Sterling silver menu/place card holder which has been designed in the form of an owl resting on a plain domed loaded base which has a section at the rear to house the card. The markings on the body are realistic and detailed and the tortoiseshell coloured glass eyes are still in excellent condition. The design of this menu holder is more unusual as the features of the owl have been nicely finished on both sides of the body. This silver owl would make a useful addition to a menu holder collection and would be perfect to use.

Postage is included within the price of this silver menu/place card holder.
