Description

An Antique George III Sterling silver locking tea caddy which is oval shape in design with curved corners, nicely designed cartouches at the front and back of the body, a flush fitting hinged lid and resting on a flat base.  This silver tea caddy has been made to a high standard and remains in excellent condition.  There are intertwined initials in the cartouche at the back of the body. The lock and key are working nicely. It weighs 13.7 troy ounces (427 grams).
