Description

An Antique George IV Sterling silver cream/milk jug which has a round shaped body with a wavy edged top rim with gadroon decoration, a good pouring spout and resting on four cast shell feet. The handle of this jug is particularly attractive with flower and leaf detailing and the interior has been nicely gilded. The body of this jug is mainly plain with a feature of a single row of flowers which adds to the character of the overall design. This silver jug would be perfect to use and has been well cared for over the years. It weighs 9 troy ounces (280 grams).
