Antique George V Sterling silver tea set on tray(sold)

An Antique George V Sterling silver five piece tea set on tray which consists of a kettle on stand, a coffee pot, teapot, cream jug and sugar basin.  This tea set sits comfortably on an oval shaped tray which has a plain body with inset handles and an attractive pierced gallery around the borders.  Each item from the tea set is oval shape in design with a mainly plain body with a pierced gallery around the top and resting on four decorative legs.  The kettle, which has the same pierced gallery, rests on a silver stand with a silver burner and is secured by two silver pins.  This silver set is complete, practical and eye catching. The five piece tea set is dated for Birmingham 1914 by Williams Ltd and the tray is dated for Sheffield 1912 by Deakin and Deakin.  The total weight of this tea set on tray is 201.30 troy ounces (6261 grams).
