Antique George V Sterling silver and glass lemonade jug (Sold)

An Antique George V Sterling silver and glass lemonade jug which has a tall nicely cut glass body with a wide flat base. The silver mount is plain and has a good pouring spout. stylish handle and a plain hinged lid with simple finial. There is a cylindrical glass container with a silver mount and handle to hold the ice and this fits neatly inside the body of the lemonade jug. This lemonade jug would be perfect to use and would look eye catching on the table. It has been made to a high standard and is still in excellent condition. The overall height is 29 cms and the height of the inner ice container is 24.3 cms.
