Description

An Antique George V Sterling silver bowl which is octagonal shape in design with pretty flowers, leaves and swirls and resting on a slightly raised octagonal foot. There are two shaped side handles, which also have some patterned detailing, and the interior has been nicely gilded.  Although the bowl was originally designed for sugar, it could easily be used today for displaying flowers, chocolates or sweets.  It weighs 11.6 troy ounces (361 grams).
