Description

A pair of Antique George V Sterling silver cafe-au-lait pots which have tall plain bodies, dome shaped hinged lids with simple finials and each resting on a round flat base. One of the silver pots has a long spout designed for serving coffee and the other pot has a shorter spout designed for serving hot milk or water. These silver cafe-au-lait pots would be perfect to use and would look elegant displayed on the table. The coffee pot is dated for 1929 and the hot water pot is dated for 1930 but both were made by Pairpoint brothers. They weigh 41.00 troy ounces (1275 grams) and remain in excellent condition. They stand at 23.00 cms tall and the diameter of each base is 9.50 cms.
