Antique George V Sterling silver cutlery (Sold)

An Antique George V Sterling silver cutlery set which has been made in the Kings pattern design for six people and is fitted in an attractive Mahogany box. This silver set consists of 55 pieces in total and comprises:
6 x table forks ( 20.6 cms long)
6 x dessert forks ( 18.00 cms long)
6 x table knives ( 25.5 cms long)
6 x dessert knives ( 22.6 cms long)
6 x table spoons ( 23.00 cms long)
6 x dessert spoons ( 18.8 cms long)
6 x soup spoons ( 20.3 cms long)
6 x tea spoons ( 13.6 cms long)
6 x coffee spoons ( 12.9 cms long)
1 x sugar tongs ( 12.2 cms long)
This silver set has been made to a high standard and weighs 106.7 troy ounces in total excluding the knives. Every piece in this set is dated for 1919 except the knives which have been made in keeping with the design and are dated for 2001. The Mahogany box is particularly attractive and is dated for 1900 approximately. This set would be perfect to use and has been very well cared for over the years.
