Antique George V Sterling silver epergne (Sold)

An Antique George V Sterling silver epergne which has a tall plain panelled body which tapers at the top and rests on a round base with attractive gadroon edging. There are four arms attached to the body to house the two vases and two dishes. The vases are also plain with panelled detailing and gadroon decoration. The detachable dishes each rest on three legs for support and have been finished in the same style as the rest of the epergne. This epergne has been made to a high standard and would make an appealing table centrepiece for flowers and chocolates.
