Description

An Antique George V Sterling silver pepper grinder which has a plain baluster shaped body and rests on a circular base. By unscrewing the finial, the lid can be removed to add the peppercorns and there is a Peugeot movement at the base to grind the pepper. The grinding mechanism is activated by rotating the lid. This stylish silver pepper grinder remains in perfect working order and condition and would be ideal to use on the table. It would also make an acceptable gift. It is 8.00 cms high and the diameter of the base is 5.80 cms.
