Antique George V Sterling Silver Syphon/ Wine Bottle Stand – 1924

An elegant Antique George V Sterling silver syphon/wine bottle stand which is round in shape with a tall body, a wavy edge top border, two plain side handles and resting on a raised circular solid silver base. The lower part of this silver wine bottle stand is plain and the upper half has attractive pierced detailing with urn shape decoration. It would display a wine bottle comfortably and would look appealing on the table. It weighs 13.8 troy ounces (428 grams) and remains in excellent condition.
