An Antique George VI Sterling silver butter dish which has a round silver base with a plain body, patterned detailing around the edge and resting on a flat base. The glass dish is particularly attractive with ornate cutting to the body and it fits neatly on the silver base. This butter dish is both attractive and practical and would be perfect to use on the table. The glass dish has been replaced over the years in keeping with the original design.
