Antique oriental silver box (Sold)

An Antique oriental silver box which is rectangular shape in design the a hinged lid and resting on a flat base. This silver box has been made by the renowned Chinese silversmith Tan Yue He who operated mainly in Bangkok producing silverware of the highest standard for wealthy clients. The lid of this box has been highly decorated with animals. birds and flowers and the repousse work is of the highest standard. The sides have also been finished to an equally superb standard and the base is completely plain. This silver box would make an interesting addition to a collection.
