An Antique Victorian Sterling silver and glass claret jug which has a tall urn shaped body with attractive cutting to the glass body, a plain silver mount with a hinged lid and attractive thumb piece and resting on a round silver base. The shaped silver handle has bead detailing around the edge as does the base and silver mount. This silver claret jug would be perfect to use and would hold 80 cl of wine.
