Antique Victorian Sterling Silver and Glass Pepper Grinder

An Antique Victorian Sterling silver and glass pepper grinder which has attractive hobnail cutting to the glass body which remains in excellent condition. The silver topped lid can be removed, by unscrewing the silver finial, so that the pepper corns can be added. The pepper grinder rests on a circular silver base which houses the Peugeot movement designed to grind the pepper when the handle is turned. This lovely pepper grinder would be perfect to use at the table and would make an ideal gift.
