An Antique Victorian Sterling silver sugar caster which has a straight sided body with attractive pierced decoration and a removable lid with patterned detailing. There is a bayonet style fitting on the lid for extra security with a flame finial on the top and the caster rests on a stepped circular foot.  The blue glass liner sits comfortably within the body and remains in perfect condition. This sugar caster is both decorative and practical and would make a useful addition to a collection.
