A wonderful Antique Victorian Sterling silver cutlery set for twelve persons which has been designed in the feather edge style and consists of :

12 x dessert forks : 18.9 cms (7.4″) in length.

12 x table/soup spoons : 21.7 cms (8.5″) in length.

12 x dessert spoons : 18.8 cms (7.4″) in length.

12 x teaspoons : 14.2 cms (5.6″) in length.

4 x serving spoons : 22.2 cms (8.7″) in length.

2 x sauce ladles : 18.7 cms (7.4″) in length.

6 x egg spoons : 12 cms ( 4.7″) in length.

2 x hors d’oeuvres forks : 13.9 cms (5.5″) in length.

This fine straight silver cutlery set, which means it is all one date and maker, has been made to a high standard as one would expect from Elkington & Co Ltd. The quality of this set is excellent.  It would grace any dining table and would be a pleasure to use.  There are 74 pieces in total and it weighs 140 troy ounces (4354 grams).
