An Antique Victorian Sterling silver Sovereign case which has a round pretty body, a push button to open the lid and a spring mechanism to add the Sovereigns. The horseshoe design around the spring mechanism makes an interesting feature of this lovely Sovereign case and it remains in excellent working order and condition. There is a ring attachment at the top so that it can be worn if so desired. It weighs 18 grams.
