A heavy Antique Victorian Sterling silver vesta case which is square in shape with attractive detailing on the body with a vacant cartouche on the front. It has a tight fitting hinged lid with a ring attachment on the top so that it can be worn if so desired. The striking mechanism at the base remains in excellent condition. This vesta case weighs 37 grams and would make a useful addition to a collection.
