Description

An Antique Victorian Sterling silver vesta case which has been made to celebrate Queen Victoria’s Diamond Jubilee and has a rectangular shaped plain body with patterned decoration around the borders and a hinged lid which opens so that the matches can be added.  On the front of this vesta case is an image of Queen Victoria dated 1897 and on the reverse the body is plain.  There is also a ring attachment at the top so that it can be worn if so desired and a striking mechanism at the base to light the matches.  This small but well made silver vesta case would make an interesting addition to a silver vesta collection and would also be of interest to a collector of Royal memorabilia.

Complimentary UK postage is included within the price.
