An Antique William IV Sterling silver milk/cream jug which is melon shape in design with a large pouring spout, a good sized handle which is comfortable to hold and resting on four cast feet.  The ornate body, handle and feet have been designed with flower and leaf decoration and the inside of the jug has been nicely gilded.  This jug would be practical to use and would look decorative when displayed on the table.  It weighs 9.6 troy ounces (299 grams).
