A canteen of Antique Victorian Sterling silver cutlery for twelve persons which has been designed in the Kings pattern style and comprises :

12 x table forks – 1891 by George Maudsley Jackson – measuring 21.40 cms in length.

12 x dessert forks – 1891 by George Maudsley Jackson – measuring 18.50 cms. in length.

12 x table spoons – 1892 by George Maudlsey Jackson – measuring 23.00 cms. in length.

3 x dessert spoons – 1892 by Aldwinckle and Slater – measuring 18.20 cms. in length.

9 x dessert spoons – 1893 by Aldwinckle and Slater – measuring 18.20 cms. in length.

12 x teaspoons – 1896 by Aldwinckle and Slater – measuring 15.00 cms. in length.

2 x basting spoons – 1893 by George Maudsley Jackson – measuring 33.50 cms. in length.

This wonderful set has been made to the highest standard, has been well cared for over the years and is showing very little sign of wear. It has been made by George Maudsley Jackson and Aldwinckle and Slater and ranges in dates from 1891 – 1896. All the items are in straight runs which is an added bonus and the quality is exceptional. There are sixty two pieces in total and the total weight of this set is 157.50 troy ounces (4898.00 grams). Attractive wraps have been made to help keep this set clean and tidy. A quote can also be obtained for new silver handled knives with stainless steel blades if so desired.
