Chester Antique George V Sterling silver mustard pot


Hallmarked in Chester for 1927 by Stokes and Ireland.

An Antique George V Sterling silver mustard pot which is oval shape in design with attractive pierced decoration to the body, a plain dome shaped hinged lid, an unusual antler style thumb piece and resting on a flat base.  The blue glass liner, which is still in excellent condition, fits snugly within the body and there is a curved shaped side handle for ease of carrying. This silver mustard pot would be perfect to use and would make a desirable addition to a Chester silver collection.
