George III cast Sterling silver candlesticks

A wonderful set of four cast George III Sterling silver candlesticks which have been made to the highest standard with square shaped stepped bases, gadroon decoration around the edges and swirl fluting at the top of the bases, shoulders and detachable nozzles. This fine set of four candlesticks remain in excellent condition and would look impressive when displayed on the table. They stand at 26.3 cms (10.4″) high and weigh 82.9 troy ounces (2578 grams). Two candlesticks are dated for 1765 and two are dated for 1767 but have all been made by William Cafe.
