Description

A Scottish Antique Victorian Sterling silver menu/place card holder which has been designed with a fox on the front of the body with the motto of the Todd family below. The motto reads “oportet vivere” which, roughly translated, means “one must live”. This impressive silver menu/place card holder has a section at the rear to house the card and a stand for support. Tod is another name for a fox and it is fitting that the Todd family have adopted a fox for their motto. This menu holder would make an interesting addition to a collection. It weighs 24 grams.
